I got an art prompt not too long ago that simply read “Blind Archer” and used it as an opportunity to make a more comic book action inspired illustration. At first I had the idea to try making sharp thin clean lines which ended up stressing me out and taking far too long, so I abandoned the whole line idea and just started putting color down.

Lately I’ve been getting into going line-less with my digital art and I’m really enjoying the freedom and ease of just putting down shapes of color. I am definitely going to do more work like this.
