Presenting Ember Kitty, my latest rig inspired by my cat Ember! This was my first time trying the XGen system in Maya for creating hair and fur simulation. I quickly learned that XGen is a really finicky system that easily breaks if you mess with the model in almost any way.

The exciting thing for me is that now I can finally put together a portfolio, though I wont be truly happy until I get the next three projects I have planned done! Namely, a rigged vehicle, a full PBR based character, and a python based autorigger.
